Conditions
The following policies apply to all A
& A Transportation limo clients.
- A & A drivers accept
gratuities.
- An $25.00 hr. wait time beginning
at the first 30 min. will be added to your bill when pick up in another
location then airports.
- An $25.00 red eye charge if pick up
between hour of 11:00 pm to 4:45 am will be added to your bill .
- Waiting time: A& A grants a one (1) hour grace period after the
reported domestic flight arrival time and a one (1) hour grace period after
the reported international flight arrival time. For all other
pick-ups, a thirty (30) minute grace period is granted.
- Stops en route are charged at $5.00
per five (5) minute increment.
- A cancellation fee equal to the
trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made
less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- A no-show fee equal to the trip
cost, plus service fee, including applicable waiting time, will be
charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you
can not locate your A & A vehicle and driver, please call 1.888.607.9377
to avoid a no-show billing.
- A $25 holiday surcharge based on
the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on
the following holidays: New Year's Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- A & A has the right to refuse service to anyone.
- A & A monitors all commercial
flights: train schedules can not be monitored.
- No Applicable taxes will be charged.
- All rates subject to change without
notice.
